- A hi tech start up company were moving from serviced offices into their own premises whilst also trying to meet some key project deadlines. The MD had his hands full with the projects but knew that the office move had to be completed smoothly. He hired us and we organised signs for the building, furniture, cleaners, waste disposal, crockery, testing of fire alarms, health and safety risk assessments and even hired a van and moved their equipment for them. - A company selling printing equipment to West Africa had 3 important guests spending 2 weeks in London as part of a major deal. They couldn’t spare any staff to take care of the guests so employed us to act as driver / guide / minder on specific days. They knew that we could be flexible, handle issues as they arose and provide a professional face for their company. They could have just booked taxis – but we provided a superior service at a better price. - A medical products company needed to move out of their old premises and into their new ones by a critical date. This involved constructing a lab and new offices in the new premises and gutting the old ones whilst ensuring the business continued to operate ! We hit the key date, helped the work carry on throughout and have been asked to come back and do numerous additional tasks since
- A promotional merchandise company needed to have vital product samples delivered to clients on a ‘same day’ basis and did not want to trust this to couriers or the Royal Mail. We are available to pick up and deliver to their clients on their behalf allowing them to provide a service which differentiates them from their competitors - An IT support company had new premises but needed someone to handle the extensive fit out program and then plan and oversee the physical move. There was a window of a few hours when the company could be ‘offline’ and we worked with them to enable them to move into beautifully fitted new offices with a minimum of down time. |
